These quick and easy bacon-wrapped potatoes can be served as an appetizer with the toothpicks still in place, or remove them and serve as a side dish.
- 8 bacon slices, cut in half crosswise
- 16 small chat potatoes
- Preheat oven to 205°C.
- Wrap each bacon piece around a potato and secure with a toothpick.
- Place in a baking dish and bake until bacon is crisp and potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife (about 40 minutes).
