Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
  • 115 g butter, softened
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, mix the butter until creamy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Use at room temperature.
Notes
If not using immediately, cover and chill until ready to use.
