Mandarin Flavoured Whipped Cream

Fresh mandarin whipped cream can be used in a variety of ways. Try using this lovely whipped cream as a delightful topping on our Mandarin and Chocolate Friands or a hot coffee or hot chocolate!

Mandarin Flavoured Whipped Cream
  • 1½ tablespoons freshly squeezed mandarin juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mandarin zest, grated or chopped finely
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  1. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Stir in freshly squeezed mandarin juice, mandarin zest and icing sugar.
  3. Continue whipping until peaks are firm.
  4. Refrigerate until needed
