Mangosteen Jam

Mangosteen jam is a delicious tropical fruit spread and is easy to make. Get your hands on some of this incredible fruit today and try our jam recipe.

Mangosteen Jam

  • 200 g mangosteen pulp or mangosteen puree
  • 4g pectin
  • 70 g sugar
  • 15 g lime juice
  • 50 g water
  1. Heat the sugar with half a cup of water until dissolved and filter the syrup through a fine cloth.
  2. Mix the mangosteen with 50g of water. Stir while heating until soft.
  3. Add syrup that is mixed with pectin and lime juice.
  4. Stir until thickened
  5. Pour in the jam while still hot and close the lid tightly.
This is a small quantity of jam as the fruit are quite expensive. You can always increase as necessary
