Ingredients
  • 1 sesame-seed hamburger bun
  • 115 g beef mince
  • dash of salt
  • 3 dill pickle slices
  • 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • 3 - 4 onion rings
  • 2 tomato slices
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Preheat the barbecue grill to high
  2. Toast both halves of the burger bun, face down, in a hot skillet and set aside.
  3. Form the mince into a thin patty slightly larger than the burger bun.
  4. Lightly salt the burger meat patty and cook on the BBQ grill for 2 minutes on each side.
