Non-organic fruit or no fruit at all?

Is it better to eat non-organic fruit than no fruit at all?

When organic isn’t available, we believe the benefit of eating conventionally grown produce certainly outweighs the risks associated with eating it. A thorough washing of conventional produce will go a long way to help remove pesticides, bacteria, viruses and other contaminants. Peeling produce is also acceptable to help remove contaminants.
