Ingredients
  • 600 g coriander seeds
  • 100 g cumin seeds
  • 100 g aniseed
  • 100 g black peppercorns
  • 100 g ground turmeric
  • 20 g cloves
  • 10 g star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 100 g ground nutmeg
  • 100 g cardamom seed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk powder
  • 2 -3 drops pandan essence
Instructions
  1. Dry roast the ingredients separately until fragrant, then set aside to cool.
  2. Grind all the ingredients in the coffee grinder.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
