Ginger-Sesame Steamed Broccoli
This recipe doesn't need a steamer basket, just a modest amount of liquid in a standard skillet steams the broccoli to perfection. The ginger and sesame impart a slightly Asian flavour to the dish. Delicious on its own or as a side dish.

- Place broccoli florets, mirin, tamari, minced ginger, sesame oil, and ¼ cup water in large skillet.
- Cover, and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Steam 4 minutes, or until broccoli is bright green and crisp-tender.
- Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds.
